Get help with Locked-In
Sign in to the same Apple ID you used when you bought the unlock, open Locked-In, then go to Settings → Restore purchases. Apple's StoreKit will reactivate your unlock at no charge.
First, try Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't help, check that your Apple ID is signed in and that you have a valid payment method on file. If the issue persists, email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with a brief description and I'll help sort it out.
Go to Settings → Reset all progress. This clears lesson progress, bookmarks, notes, streaks, and quiz history. This action cannot be undone, so use with care.
Yes. Every lesson, question, flashcard, and the full mock exam runs entirely offline. No internet connection is required after the initial download.
Domain 1 is fully free, and the first lesson of every other domain is previewable. The one-time $9.99 unlock opens all lessons across the remaining four domains, the full practice-question bank, every flashcard, and the timed mock exam.
Locked-In currently targets the N10-009 exam objectives. If a new version of the Network+ exam is released, I'll evaluate updating the app at that time.
