Effective: August 2, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Locked-In: Exam Prep for A+ ("the app"), published by Omar Graziano ("the developer"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
The app is distributed through the Apple App Store and is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these terms and Apple's standard EULA conflict, Apple's EULA controls.
You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the app, and you may not extract, republish, or resell its lessons, questions, flashcards, or glossary content.
The app offers one In-App Purchase: Locked-In A+ Full Unlock, a non-consumable priced at $9.99 USD (local pricing varies by App Store region). It is a one-time purchase. There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and no auto-renewal.
Without the purchase, the app is free to use with a limited set of content: 14 of the app's 142 lessons, quizzes capped at 10 questions per session, a two-question PBQ preview, the Core 1 Domain 1 flashcards, and the full glossary. The purchase unlocks all 142 lessons, quiz sessions of up to 50 questions instead of the free 10-question cap — the longer sizes draw from the full 135-question bank across all domains, since no single domain holds more than 21 questions — all 15 performance-based questions, all 82 flashcards, and the 90-question timed mock exam.
The unlock is tied to the Apple ID that made the purchase and can be restored at no charge on any device signed in to that Apple ID via Settings → Restore purchases. Because the entitlement is non-consumable, it does not expire.
All payments are processed by Apple. The developer never sees or stores your payment details. Refunds are issued at Apple's discretion under the App Store Terms of Service, not by the developer. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
The app does not require or offer an account. It collects no personal data, contains no analytics or advertising SDKs, and works fully offline. Everything you create in the app — progress, bookmarks, notes, streaks, quiz history — stays on your device and is deleted when you delete the app or tap Reset all progress in Settings. See the Privacy Policy for detail.
Because your data is stored only on your device and is never sent anywhere, the developer cannot recover it if you delete the app, lose the device, or reset your progress. Restoring the purchase restores your access, not your study history.
The app is an independent study aid. Its content is written to the published 220-1201 and 220-1202 exam objectives, but it is not exam material, not a question dump, and not a substitute for hands-on practice or official courseware.
No result is promised or implied. Using the app does not guarantee that you will pass the A+ exams or any other certification. The developer makes no representation that the content is complete, current with the latest exam revision, or free of error. If you find a mistake, please report it to OmarAppSupport@gmail.com.
Use the app for your own study. Do not use it to violate the certification body's candidate agreement or exam security policies, and do not reproduce its content in any commercial or public setting without written permission.
The app is provided as-is. The developer may update, change, or discontinue the app or any part of its content at any time. Content updates are delivered as App Store updates and are included at no additional cost for anyone who has purchased the unlock. Since the app runs entirely offline, an existing installation continues to work whether or not further updates are released.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including exam outcomes, lost study time, or lost data. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app and its In-App Purchase. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.
Locked-In is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by CompTIA. CompTIA® and A+® are registered trademarks of CompTIA, Inc., referenced here only to describe the exams this study aid covers.
If these terms change materially, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated terms.
