Information We Collect

None. Locked-In does not collect, store, or transmit any personally identifiable information. The app does not require an account, does not ask for your email, and does not access your contacts, photos, location, microphone, camera, or any other sensitive data.

Data Stored On Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device only, using Apple's SwiftData framework, and is never transmitted to us or any third party:

This data is removed when you delete the app, or when you tap Reset all progress in Settings.

Third-Party Services

The app does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising, crash reporting, or social services. There are no third-party SDKs in the app.

Network Access

The app functions fully offline. It does not make network requests in normal use. The Settings screen may contain a link to the certification body's website for users who want to view the exam page; opening that link uses your device's browser, not the app, and is governed by that site's own privacy policy.

In-App Purchases

The app offers a one-time In-App Purchase ("Locked-In Cloud+ Full Unlock") for $9.99 USD. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not see, receive, or store any payment information, including card numbers, billing addresses, or Apple ID details. Refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for how Apple handles purchase data.

Children's Privacy

The app is rated 4+ and contains no objectionable content. Because no data is collected from any user, no data is collected from children either. The app complies with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) by virtue of not collecting any personal information.

Data Sharing & Sale

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any data, because we do not collect any data.

Your Rights

Because no personal data is collected, there is nothing on our servers for you to request, correct, or delete. You can delete all data stored locally on your device at any time by deleting the app or using Reset all progress in Settings.

Changes to This Policy

If we make material changes to this privacy policy, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a revised effective date. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
