How do I restore my purchase on a new device?

Sign in to the same Apple ID you used when you bought the unlock, open Locked-In, then go to Settings → Restore purchases. Apple's StoreKit will reactivate your unlock at no charge.

I tapped "Unlock" but the purchase didn't go through. What now?

First, try Settings → Restore purchases. If that doesn't help, check that your Apple ID is signed in and that you have a valid payment method on file. If the issue persists, email OmarAppSupport@gmail.com with a brief description and I'll help sort it out.

How do I reset all my progress?

Go to Settings → Reset all progress. This clears lesson progress, bookmarks, notes, streaks, and quiz history. This action cannot be undone, so use with care.

Does Locked-In work offline?

Yes. Every lesson, question, flashcard, and the full mock exam runs entirely offline. No internet connection is required after the initial download.

What's in the free tier versus the paid unlock?

Domain 1's first topic is fully free, plus a preview lesson from every other domain. The one-time $9.99 unlock opens all lessons across all six domains, the full practice-question bank, every flashcard, and the timed mock exam.

What does the app cover?

Locked-In follows the CompTIA Cloud+ (CV0-004) exam objectives across all six domains: Cloud Architecture, Deployment, Operations, Security, DevOps Fundamentals, and Troubleshooting. It includes 324 practice questions and a full 60-question, 90-minute timed mock exam.

Will the content be updated for new exam versions?

Locked-In currently targets the CV0-004 exam objectives. If a new version of the Cloud+ exam is released, I'll evaluate updating the app at that time.

Is my data tracked?

No. The app collects zero data and contains no third-party analytics or tracking. See the Privacy Policy for full detail.

Can I get a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple, not the developer. Request a refund through reportaproblem.apple.com.
