Privacy Policy

Roomprint is a local-only app. We collect nothing about you, because there is no "we" on the other end — there is no server, no account system, and no analytics.

Plain English: everything you put into Roomprint stays on your iPhone unless you choose to share it.

This page is the long version, written so it can also be relied on for legal purposes.

Data we collect

None. Roomprint does not contain analytics, tracking, advertising SDKs, crash reporting services, or any other code that transmits information to us or to a third party. The app makes no outbound network requests in normal operation.

Data you create

When you use Roomprint, you create the following kinds of data, all of which is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad inside the app's sandbox:

This data is stored in the standard iOS application-support directory. iOS encrypts it under your device passcode and (where applicable) Face ID / Touch ID. We do not have access to any of it.

Permissions Roomprint asks for

Sharing

Roomprint never shares your data automatically. When you tap Export PDF or Export full archive, iOS opens its standard share sheet — at that point you, the user, choose where the file goes (Mail, Messages, AirDrop, iCloud Drive, Files, a third-party app, etc.). The destination you pick has its own privacy policy that governs what happens next; Roomprint isn't involved.

iCloud

Roomprint does not use CloudKit or any other Apple cloud sync API. If you select "Save to Files" with an iCloud Drive destination from the share sheet, iOS uploads that single file to your iCloud account on your behalf — using your storage, under your credentials, encrypted in transit and at rest by Apple. Roomprint does not have access to your iCloud, and the file is not sent to any other party.

Children

Roomprint is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect any information from anyone.

Changes to this policy

If the app ever starts collecting anything — for example, if we add an opt-in CloudKit sync feature in a future version — this page will be updated and the change announced in the app's release notes. The "Last updated" date above will reflect the change.
